Abstract

The 81 sections of the Regulation are placed under various headings including: General conditions governing timber cutting; Forest management licences; Timber sales; Timber permits; Scaling, measuring and accounting; Sawmill and lumber planer licences; Export certificates; Scaler licences; Provincial forests; Grazing of Cattle; Cutting and disposal of hay and harvesting of wild rice. A series of schedules specify provincial forests (A), fees (B and C) and charges (D), and set out various model forms.
