The Regulation enters into force seven days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles and one Annex, was adopted in implementation of relevant European Community provisions. The Annex lays down the list of animal infectious diseases being a subject of emergency plans to be drawn up to fight against such diseases.
