Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry, which is composed of four Paragraphs, establishes that the National Hunting Guard cooperates with Police and the Polish Hunting Association on preventing and fighting against poaching and crimes and offences concerning hunting, fighting against trade in unlawfully hunted animals, protection of properties of leaseholders and managers of hunting districts. The cooperation consists in: organizing common action and patrols; providing support to Police; common activities against poaching; exchange of information, especially on poachers; common trainings of guards, policemen and members of Polish Hunting Association; common establishing of directions and priorities.
