Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 15 paragraphs, establishes that sport and recreational fishing can be done only with fishing rod or bow. Paragraph 2 contains detailed specification of a permitted fishing rod. A fishing rod can be used only for catching from: coast, ice (with special caution), vessel and other sailing equipment permitted for navigation. The fishing can be done at least 100 meters from the bathing place. Annexes contain forms of sport fishing permissions.
