The Regulation entered into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 25 paragraphs and 11 Annexes, specifies: the conditions to be fulfilled to release sewage into water or land; the conditions concerning the agricultural use of sewage; place and frequency of sewage testing, referential methods of analysis and procedure for verifying if the conditions are fulfilled; substances particularly harmful to water environment, causing water pollution which should be eliminated or limited. The list of such substances is defined in Annex 11.
