Abstract This Regulation, in order to control, monitor, prevent, suppress and eradicate the highly pathogenic avian influenza infectious disease (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) and present in wild birds but highly risky for other livestock that can enter into direct/indirect contact with such infected birds, hereby sets the necessary rules to be observed (in terms of keeping of live poultry outdoors; keeping of livestock in outdoor cages/fences; and other hygiene/sanitary safety procedures to be observed).
