The institution which is responsible of deciding the lands to be sold is the Directorate of Foundations. After the decision of the Directorate, the committee established for the sales of these plantations defines the price of each plantation according to the qualification and the amount of trees in that specific plantation. The regulation also specifies the requirements for those who want to buy the plantations.
