Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Cantonal Fishery Law of 26 January 2000. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the composition and working of the Fishery Commission of the Canton Graubuenden. Article 5 establishes that the Commission shall advise the cantonal government and the Building, Traffic and Forestry Office on all essential aspects concerning fisheries. The text consists of 8 articles.
