Abstract

This Regulation sets out a framework for the adoption of measures regarding fisheries related activities and policies of third countries, in order to ensure the long term conservation of stocks of common interest to the European Union and those third countries. The Regulation lays down specific provisions on measures in respect of countries allowing non sustainable fishing.
