Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, specifies means of biological safety in farms keeping poultry intended for recovery of game birds. The Regulation establishes also means of control of productive poultry which is poultry at least 72 hours old, bred for meat, eggs or recovery of game birds, exported to other European Union member countries or third countries.
