Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes types of wastes which must not be imported to the territory of the Republic of Poland for neutralization in processes specified as D1 to D15 in Annex IIA of the Directive 2006/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.
