Abstract

Thisegulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy, which is composed of eight Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: types of wastes for which permission for collecting or transport is not required; basic requirements for collecting or transport of these wastes. The list of types of these wastes is specified in the Annex.
