Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes types of activities of the Veterinary Inspection relating to official control of feed, specified in the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 669/2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin and amending Decision 2006/504/EC. The activities specified in the Regulation 669/2009 are performed by the appropriate border veterinarian. The official control of feed of non-animal origin is carried out in designated places in the way described in the Regulation 669/2009.
