Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the way of calculating efficiency levels of recycling of: (1) spent lead-acid batteries and spent lead-acid accumulators; (2) lead contained in batteries and accumulators. The way of calculating these efficiency levels in specified in the Annex.
