The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) form of notifying the Chief Sanitary Inspector on placing foodstuffs for the first time on the market on the territory of the Republic of Poland (Annex 1); (2) data contained in the register of products included in the notification; (3) form of the register of products included in the notification (Annex 2); (4) the index of national scientific units competent for giving opinions on the safety of foodstuffs (Annex 3); (5) methods of the calculation costs relating to giving opinions on the safety of foodstuffs. The composition of products must not be published on internet due to the protection of producers secrets.
