Abstract This Regulation (for the purpose of article 9 of the national Law on forest reproductive material, which sets rules aimed to provide the starting material for the production of the selected and other reproductive material of known origin of forest trees), establishes the region of provenance of sessile oak (Quercus pertaea Liebl.) in western and southwestern Serbia. The region of sessile oak provenance in western and southwestern Serbia is marked with registration number 21. The region of provenance of sessile oak in western and southwestern Serbia includes forest areas and forest land on the territory of the following administrative districts: Zlatibor, Moravica and Raska. The region of sessile oak provenance in western and southwestern Serbia is located between 42 ° 49'45 "and 44 ° 13'36" north latitude and 19 ° 13'41 "and 20 ° 57'42" east longitude, at altitudes from 400 to above 1,000 m.
