Abstract

This Regulation (for the purpose of article 9 of the national Law on forest reproductive material, which sets rules aimed to provide the starting material for the production of the selected and other reproductive material of known origin of forest trees), establishes the region of pedunculate oak (Quercus robur L.) in central Serbia. The region of pedunculate oak provenance in central Serbia is marked with registration number 12. The region of pedunculate oak provenance in central Serbia includes forest areas and forest land on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (except: forests and forest land on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina) forests and forest land on the territory of Belgrade - Zemun, Surcin, Palilula, Čukarica and Obrenovac , with a total area of 13,775 ha, as well as forests and forest land in the Danube River Basin, in the municipalities of Smederevo, Pozarevac and Veliko Gradiste, total area of 9,710 ha. The region of pedunculate oak provenance in central Serbia is located between 42 ° 14'09 "and 44 ° 52'36" north latitude and 19 ° 06'51 "and 22 ° 59'06" east longitude, at altitudes of 70 up to 150 m.
