Abstract

This Regulation (for the purpose of article 9 of the national Law on forest reproductive material, which sets rules aimed to provide the starting material for the production of the selected and other reproductive material of known origin of forest trees), establishes the fir tree (Abies alba Mill.) provenance in southwestern Serbia. The region of fir provenance in southwestern Serbia is marked with registration number 61. The region of fir provenance in southwestern Serbia includes forest areas and forest land covered by the following borders: from Bajina Basta by regional road to Uzice, then along the river Cetinje to Pozega, regional road Pozega - Cacak through Ovcara-Kablar gorge, regional roads: Cacak - Drakcici, Drakčići - Kaona, local road Kaona - Dubac - Lisa - Ivanjica, regional road Ivanjica - Jankov kamen - Sjenica, local road Sjenica - Trijebinje - Pećarska, then the state border with Montenegro to Priboj and the river Uvac, the state border from the river Uvac to the river Drina, then along the river Drina downstream to Bajina Basta.
