The Regulation enters into force on 15 July 2004.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of seven articles and one Annex. Agricultural lands in vulnerable areas are listed in the register of production blocks of agricultural sites identification system among groups with different level of restrictions of the application of fertilizers containing nitrogen. Low level, medium level or high level of restrictions for the application of fertilizers is defined according to the state of danger of the quality of ground water with nitric, depending on properties of agricultural land, surface mode of ground water and their water management importance.
