This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby establishes the necessary measures for early detection, diagnosis, prevention of spreading, suppression and eradication of infectious disease such as atypical poultry plague (also called the Newcastle disease), including the techniques for the effective implementation and respect of the stipulated rules, also providing various relevant veterinary-sanitary issues such as zoning and restriction of certain movements.
