The Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex. The Annex specifies 16 types of wastes and the amounts for which there is no obligation for registering wastes. The Act establishes conditions to be fulfilled by small and medium enterprises to keep simplified record of wastes.
