This Regulation entered into force on 2 July 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of two articles and one Annex, establishes the list of substances particularly harmful to water environment for which a water legal permission is required for the introduction of industrial sewage into sewerage devices. The list contains 47 substances specified in the Annex.
