Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, establishes: the list of plants, which can be imported to or transported on the territory of the Republic of Poland or European Community, for which there can be applied departures from the requirement of plant passport; documents other than plant passport which can be applied to plants specified in the Regulation.
