Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and two Annexes, establishes: (1) the list of fish species considered as non- indigenous for which no permit is required for the introduction (specified in Annex 1); (2) the list of fish species considered as indigenous (specified in Annex 2); (3) conditions of introduction of fish species considered as non- indigenous for which no permit is required for the introduction.
