This Regulation entered into force on 11 December 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles and one Annex, establishes the list of infectious diseases of animals being subject to registration in the entire country, other than those listed in Annex 3 to the Act on animals health protection and fighting against infectious diseases of animals. The list of these diseases is specified in the Annex.
