Abstract This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of nine articles, establishes the Government Plenipotentiary for Climate Policy in order to coordinate activities related to climate change. In particular, the Government Plenipotentiary for Climate Policy prepares, agrees project and presents position of the Republic of Poland in the field of climate policy in international forums and in the Council of the European Union.
