Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes species of plants for which the test of distinctness, uniformity and stability is carried out according to guidelines of UPOV (specified in Annex 1) or CPVO methodology (specified in Annex 2).
