The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 13 Paragraphs, establishes that food, substances used for processing, permitted additional substances and other food components can be transported only by specialized means of transport, constructed and equipped in accordance with the type of the transported products. Also other means of transport can be used after the proper adaptation and installation of the equipment which protects from pollution and preserves the sanitary quality of products. The products must be placed and protected to avoid pollution during the transport.
