The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes additional requirements which should be fulfilled by associations of breeders or other entities applying for keeping register of livestock other than swine, including: conditions and way of keeping this register, expertise necessary to keep the register, and minimum quantity of livestock population required to keep the register – for cattle, horses, sheep, goats, bees and fur animals. In such case the association should employ at least one specialist for breeding or selection of animals, if the animals should be entered to the register by such specialist.
