Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes conditions to be met by organizations dealing with collection, processing, storage and transplanting of animal embryos, and the procedure for appointing a group to perform these activities. This Regulation applies to embryos of cattle, horses, swine, sheep and goats. In particular, facilities for handling of embryos, which include the mobile laboratories, must be designed and planned so that they can be effectively cleaned, disinfected and maintained to avoid contamination and any negative effect of environment to the health of embryos. Permanent control of the organization handling the embryos is performed by the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.
