Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes percentage quota of emission allowance which can be granted to installations included in the scheme for greenhouse gases emission trading starting from 2013. The quota is established individually for: (1) fuel combustion installations excluding combustion of hazardous wastes or municipal with minimum thermal power grater than 20 MW, producing electrical energy, operating since at least 2008; (2) installations from sectors recognized as threatened to significant risk of emissions; (3) other installations.
