The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and six Annexes, establishes on the territory of the Republic of Poland programs of fighting against: enzootic bovine leucosis (EBL, specified in Annex 1), bovine tuberculosis (Annex 2), bovine abortus (Annex 3), rabies (Annex 4), bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE, Annex 5), highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI, Annex 6).
