Abstract

This Regulation of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes details on maximum limits of small quantities of nuclear material and radioactive waste in respect of which no nuclear damage is expected and therefore subject to exclusion from the third party liability regime.
