The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of two Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of border checkpoints where foodstuffs, permitted additional substances and other food components, substances assisting in processing and products assigned to contact with food, may by imported to or exported from Poland. The list of the border checkpoints is specified in Annex 1.
