Abstract This Government Regulation, which is composed of three articles, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, information obligations of the recipients of animal products at the destination. The recipient of animal products must inform the Regional Veterinary Administration on: (a) the type of arriving animal products; (b) the amount of animal products; (c) the member state and facilities from which the animal products are, including the approval number; (d) destination address and approval number or registration of persons operating at the destination; (e) physical state or method of treatment of animal products arriving at their destination.
