The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.

Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of agreement for financing projects concerning: Building new fishing vessels. All agreements concerning the building of new fishing vessels reached before the entry into force of this Regulation shall be valid. The form of the agreement is specified in the Annex.
