Abstract This Regulation sets out, in accordance with article 4, point 4 of the Air Protection Act and with the relevant European Community legislation: (i) maximum emission levels; (ii) procedure of enforcement of emission limits; (iii) conditions for keeping stationery sources of air pollution,. The Regulation does not apply to burned wastes from fuels nor to sources emitting volatile organic compounds.
