The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation aims at the reduction of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from combustion plants. It sets out emission limits and conditions for keeping combustion plants. The Regulation is composed of 15 articles divided into five Sections, as follows: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Large combustion plants; (3) Large and medium combustion plants; (4) Detection of polluting substances and effects of small combustion plants; (5) Final provisions.
