The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of 17 Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes that suppliers of industrial sewage shall: limit or eliminate substances particularly harmful to the environment; supply sewage evenly, depending on pipe capacity and load of sewage treatment plants; limit pollution which have unfavourable impact to sewage treatment plants. The best available technical solutions shall be applied to installations of sewage cleaning devices.
