Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure establishes average rates of water consumption, used to establish quantity of water in case of water shortage. The rates are divided into nine groups of water consumers: households; gardens and agricultural cultivation; services; poultries; service stations; food processing enterprises; building works; chemical protection of plants; and military structures.
