This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the rules regarding the monitoring of planting material of perennial plants during their import in the Republic of Macedonia, in terms of quarantine (phytosanitary/hygiene related issues) monitoring/inspection in order to protect the spread of eventual pests or plant diseases.
