Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Food Safety Law, determines aims and detailed contents of the Programme for monitoring the safety of food of plant and mixed origin for 2021. Monitoring is here meant for food of plant and mixed origin that is produced on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and it shall be carried out in facilities for: 1) production of food of plant and mixed origin; 2) storage and distribution; 3) wholesale of food of plant and mixed origin. However this type of monitoring also includes food of plant and mixed origin imported into the territory of the Republic of Serbia, as follows: corn flex, popcorn, biscuits and crackers with soy and corn flour, sweet corn in tin and glass packaging, tofu cheese, soy sausages and soy burgers.
