Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture, determines the fishing area in the fishing waters of the Skadar Lake, which is situated in a National Park with the same name, located on the territory of Montenegro. This fishing area is officially denominated as “Fishing Area Skadarsko Jezero” and it is aimed for commercial fisheries only. Article 2 provides for detailed description of boundaries and specifies fishing areas among related fishing area codes (also specified international boundaries with Republic of Albania).
