Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on mining and geological research, specifies the conditions and working methods of the Commission for verification of resources and reserves of mineral raw materials and the Commission for verification of resources and reserves of underground water and geothermal resources that are present on the territory of the central part of the Republic of Serbia. Commissions are established by the Minister responsible for geological research and mining. For Autonomous Province Vojvodina, the Commission is established by local competent (but in accordance with the above cited national Law). In work on determining and verifying resources and reserves of solid mineral raw materials, oil and gas, underground water and geothermal resources, the Commission applies the provisions of the Law and by-laws, which regulate the classification and categorization of mineral raw materials, underground water and geothermal resources.
