Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on public warehouses for agricultural products, determines the amount of membership fees and amount per ton of stored agricultural products that the public warehouse for agricultural products has to pay to the Compensation Fund. Public warehouse shall, after obtaining the permit, and before registration in the Register of Public Warehouses, pay a membership fee in favor of the Compensation Fund in a one-time annual amount; and shall pay to the Compensation Fund the dinar amount determined for each ton of stored agricultural products. The public warehouse shall perform these obligations in monthly payments for the entire period of performing the activity in accordance with the existing license for public warehouse (administrative details and payment deadlines are set out in article 2, paragraph 2). Stored products or goods in terms of this Regulation are as follows: cereals and industrial plants; and fresh or semi-processed fruits and vegetables.
