This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation redefines the Serbian based irrigation or melioration areas, classified as suitable and with exact physical boundaries. Areas here separated in different basins are as follows: Sava, irrigation area "Podrinje Kolubara"; water area of Lower Danube, irrigation area "Lower Danube"; water area Morava, irrigation areas "Velika Morava", "West Morava", "South Morava" and "Nišava".
