Abstract This Regulation of the Council of Ministers consists of two paragraphs and one Annex. The Regulation establishes that the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development manages the following departments of government administration: agriculture, rural development, agricultural markets. The Annex specifies the organs subordinated to or controlled by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development: Main Inspector of Plants and Seed Protection, Main Veterinarian, Main Inspector of Trade Quality of Agricultural and Food Products, regional inspectors of marine fisheries.
