The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the information required for description of varieties of nursery material, reproduction material and seed material of decorative plants. The description specified by a producer of material contains: name of a variety and all known synonyms; information on keeping and the system of reproduction; characteristic properties of the variety; properties distinguishing the variety from the similar ones. The description specified by a non-producer contains: name of a variety and all known synonyms; characteristic properties of the variety.
