The Regulation entered into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of five paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: requirements for taking samples of food for examination during official control of food, and marking dioxins and other components with properties similar to dioxins (Annex 1); minimum requirements for analytical methods during official control of food, methods of preparing of samples and methods of analysis of examination results (Annex 2).
