Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes: units entitled to issue breeding certificates for livestock, semen, egg cells, embryos and hatching eggs; conditions and way of issuing certificates; scope of information included in certificates. The breeding certificates shall be issued upon application of a breeder or owner of animals. The scope of information included in breeding certificates depends on species of animals.
